Poeyana 61:1-45.:35, Cotype ♀, Aunque Cresson en su descripción original indica que los dos ejemplares tipos quedaron en la Colección Gundlach, hay una nota manuscrita de Gundlach en la página 133 del ejemplar del trabajo de Cresson, propiedad de éste, que indica que un ejemplar fue enviado a Philadelphia. Efectivamente sólo hay un ejemplar en la Colección Gundlach, el cual puede considerarse como Cotipo de esta especie; se conserva en bastante buen estado aunque con las alas muy destruidas (Gundlach, número 400); Alayo, 1973Alayo, P.D. 1973.
